Local {Police Cruiser} News XVII

— January 10 at 11:50 a.m. Bridgetown. An unlicensed ATV was seen driving on the sports fields at Bridgetown Regional High School. Charges were laid.
— January 11 at 9:42 a.m. Granville Ferry. An outdoor cat was reported missing and seen at the neighbour’s. The neighbour refused to return the cat. The matter is under investigation.
— January 11 at 11:26 p.m. Mount Hanley. A suspicious person was reported after dogs started barking. A patrol was made, but didn’t find anyone suspicious.
— January 12 at 1:54 p.m. Paradise. A suspicious person was reported in Paradise after footprints were seen around a home. No one has been identified.
— January 13 at 1:43 p.m. Granville Ferry. Suspicious activity was reported in Granville Ferry after footprints were seen around a vacant home.
— January 13 at 6:11 p.m. Granville Ferry. Police received a report of an unlicensed driver operating an unregistered vehicle.
— January 14 at 1:05 am. Lawrencetown. Police were called to investigate a break and enter in Lawrencetown.
— January 15 at 4:07 p.m. Clementsport. Police were called to investigate a break and enter at a Clementsport shed. Tools were stolen.
— January 15 at 8:51 p.m. Police were asked to assist an expectant family on route to the hospital.

Today I worked up the nerve to ask my boss for a raise. He discussed it with the CEO and told me instead of the raise I had asked for, they were going to give me a promotion and a much bigger raise.

At the gas station my friend waved his hands at my gas tank, then looked at me and said “I guess ‘Expecto Petroleum’ isn’t a real spell.” I laughed so hard IMMD

I was playing Scrabble on Mom’s iPad, and got a significant jump ahead in points thanks to a well-placed letter. The next word the iPad came up with was “Dang”. That and winning the game by seven points MMD.

My toddler niece said the windshield wipers in the rain look like 2 ladies exercising. For years now, I cannot drive in the rain without a great big grin! IMM Rainy Days 4ever!
