Post Secret II

Dear Frank,
my secret is that i still send pictures of my good grades and photography to my dads cell phone. He died October 23rd 2010.

Its been almost 6 months since my husband died. He is still on my phone, my AIM and I secretly keep hoping he’ll message me.

My Grandfather’s sick (but cute) voice is still on my Grandmother’s voicemail. He was a proud marine. I call if she’s gone, smile/cry.

I am afraid too, not only for my parents but for the house my grandfather built with his bare hands that took over thirty years to complete to its current state (not to mention my Husband’s grandmother’s 400 year old historical home).

Dear Frank:

I sold (on eBay) the nightgown I was wearing when I had my miscarriage and DNC. The buyer doesn’t know but gave me negative feedback for other reasons. But that’s okay because they also took a reminder of that horrible day off my shoulders.

R.I.P. Little Guy (Dec. 13/01)
